Project Manager (retail fit-out)

(€50 - 60k neg plus bonus)

Office-based Project Management position with 1 trip to Europe per week to carry out site visits.  Working on high-end retail fit-outs throughout Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management of fit-outs from Design to completion

• Manage multiple projects  in an efficient, professional manner and ensure targets are met

• Attention to detail and rigor to optimise the costs as needed

• Engage with appropriate business teams for any requirement changes or any projects issues following direction from the Property Team

• Engage with the multiple stakeholders on regular basis

ESSENTIAL KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Analytical Reasoning/Problem Solving

• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet timelines

• Work on multiple projects concurrently

• Good knowledge of MS packages

• H&S knowledge, Risk / Compliance awareness

DESIRABLE KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous retail fit-out experience

• Understanding of all fit-out elements

• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

• Project Management certification

• Prioritisation skills to focus on critical deliveries

• Project Reporting and timely escalation to seek direction and promote Working Together culture
