The role of Town Planner will involve working on a wide variety of projects and will include land acquisition and strategic planning. You will be an integral part of the team in delivering projects within set timeframes and through day to day duties such as; completing and submitting and tracking planning applications, producing land offers and planning layouts.

Town Planner Position Overview

• Involved in all aspect of the planning process and monitoring from beginning through to completion

• Liaising with clients throughout the planning process

• Attend site visits and client meetings as required

• Working on a mixture of projects within a wider team

• Reporting to the Planning Manager

• Work in line with company values and ideals

Town Planner Position Requirements

• Degree qualified within relevant subject

• Working towards or achieved Chartership status

• Minimum 2 years' experience within the industry

• Strong team working and communication skills

• Salary negotiable depending on experience and aptitude
