Maintenance Electrician D2.  €52 plus benefits

(working 17:00 – 01:30 Monday to Friday)

Maintenance Electrician to join their Maintenance team in city centre offices.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the, electrical building services are well maintained and functioning effectively and efficiently.

Description:

• Engage in successful execution of the preventive maintenance program

• Respond to electrical problems, diagnose malfunctions and solve problems

• Carry out detailed root cause analysis on breakdowns to implement corrective repairs and future preventative action

• Candidate must be able to demonstrate the required technical skill to complete all electrical services

• Computer literate – must be able to maintain records of electrical issues

• Provide information as required for weekly management meetings

• Contribute pro-actively towards cost saving initiatives for the business

• Comply with all site policies on quality and safety

• Competent and able to work on own initiative

• Communicate effectively with all areas of the business

• Good people skills

 

Experience and Qualifications:

• Qualified Electrician

• Experience in maintenance environment preferred

• Good communicator

• Used to working in a live work environment

• Good at dealing with clients
