Project Manager (Based in Dublin, Facilities Management and Fit-out environment)
€65 - 70k neg plus benefits
The purpose of the Project Manager is to tender, price, win and deliver projects within the greater Dublin area. The Project Manager will be responsible for the development of relationships with the current Clients in order to understand their needs and define solutions to cater for these needs. The Project Manager must develop and deliver these solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the client sites while delivering profitable projects for the client. This role is fully recoverable. i.e. the Project manager must fully justify his/ her role in the profitable execution of projects.
Key Accountabilities
The role will be a Regional Role primarily based in the Dublin Region but regular bid opportunities and projects nationwide in Ireland is anticipated and expected:
Be part of a lean team of Project Managers ensuring “cradle to grave” delivery of projects

The top priority of the project manager will be to deliver safe and high-quality projects to our clients

The Project Manager will be responsible for profitability of the Projects and the overall profitability of the projects division

The project manager will be responsible for ensuring projects provide an identifiable “value add” to the client

Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Support other business units including sales and operations where required

Ensure timelines and budgets of individual projects are met

Participate in training and upskilling
-
Remain current and up to date with industry changes and technology changes

Travel expectations – Travel within Ireland and attendance at projects outside of Dublin will be expected in the role.
Personal Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills

The Project Manager should have at least 5 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, Data Centre installation or Electrical/ Mechanical construction/ maintenance/ project management

A degree in Electrical Engineering is desirable. Other relevant Engineering degrees will be considered

A trade qualified Electrical Technician with relevant experience will also be considered.

Relevant Project Management Training

Bidding/ Tendering experience with proven success is required

An understanding of Project finance/ cash flows etc is desirable
