Top Fit-out specialist company require an experience fit-out Project Manager to oversee fit-out projects throughout Dublin, mainly commercial with some shop fit-out and some refurbishment work.

The ideal candidate will have an impressive list of completed projects in this sector.

Responsibilities:
 

• Responsible for all day-to-day on-site matters, liaison with the client, reviewing progress of contracts, reporting directly to Director.

• Liaison with all construction professionals

• Assist with claim disputes, working with the quantity surveyor on potential dispute resolution

• Ensuring all changes, variations and any other matters affecting costs are dealt with promptly and effectively in consultation with the project surveyor as required.

• Attend all project and site meetings. Prepare any necessary reports and minutes, including liaison between client, main contractor and on site operatives.

• Overall responsible for the programme and making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Health & Safety responsibility including training of all staff as required.
