Senior Quantity Surveyor

Major Heavy Civils contractor requires Quantity Surveyor for projects throughout North Dublin.

Outline

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will manage 3-4 sites simultaneously and take overall accountability and responsibility for the Commercial aspects of the developments. 

​

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years working on heavy civils projects

• Minimum Degree qualification or higher

• Positive attitude, capable of easily fitting into fast moving work environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good time management skills

• Comfortable working with a team and able to work alone as the situation dictates

• Responsible, capable of taking ownership of projects

• Proven track record of taking commercial responsibility for projects/developments within a Heavy Civils environment

• You must be commercially aware, motivated and want to progress professionally.
